I do not know where you get these sounds but most of sounds are directly from 1970 or something like that. Maybe those sound cool for new kids.

I doubt that any big alliance want to take free wardec upon them. If they want to blob militia they can do it as well without joining militia. Also standing requirement for all corporations make it so hard to join, that it is not worth to see all...
